Freya's funeral service was lead by Tess Ward. Freya was both spiritual and sceptical. A fully Humanist service would have denied her spirituality; a traditional religious service would have erased her scepticism. Tess helped us to put together a service which was a true reflection of Freya, but which also offered comfort to her friends and family who held more formal beliefs — something we are sure she would have wanted.
